Goodman Elevators Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Goodman Elevators. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Description of Services: Goodman Elevators provides elevator installation, maintenance, repair, and related services. These services may include but are not limited to, consultation, installation, periodic maintenance, emergency repairs, and modernization of elevators.
Service Fees: Service fees for Goodman Elevators services are determined based on the scope of work required and will be communicated to the client prior to the commencement of any service. Additional charges may apply for emergency services or additional work not included in the original agreement.
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement between Goodman Elevators and the client. Payment is typically due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Service Agreements: All services provided by Goodman Elevators will be outlined in a written service agreement signed by both parties. The agreement will detail the scope of work, service fees, payment terms, and any other relevant terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of scheduled services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Limitation of Liability: Goodman Elevators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Goodman Elevators, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Changes to Terms: Goodman Elevators reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goodman Elevators operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
