6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of scheduled services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability: Goodman Elevators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Goodman Elevators, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
